MTRES is a private label food manufacturer with clients in more than 80 countries. We develop and produce dairy, oils, juices, pasta, sauces and jams for importers, distributors and retail chains around the world.
We are looking for a Foreign Trade Executive to manage our international shipments from order to customer delivery.
What you'll do:
• Place orders with our production plants, confirm packing lists and follow up on production schedules.
• Manage bookings, shipping documents (BL, commercial invoice, packing list, certificates) and clearance with shipping lines, forwarders and customs brokers.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their cargo.
• Support the sanitary and regulatory documentation required for each shipment.
• Handle sample shipments to customers.
• Request and compare freight and distribution quotes.
What we're looking for:
• Degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in import or export operations, ideally in food.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Advanced English (daily email communication with customers and partners).
• Organized, consistent follow-up and strong written communication.
