Project Manager - Pharma Division (all gender)

What you will enjoy doing

At ALPLApharma, we develop innovative packaging solutions and medical devices for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. As Global Project Manager - Injection Moulding , you will take ownership of international customer projects and drive them from the initial concept through industrialization to successful production.

- Lead pharmaceutical packaging, closure and medical device projects from project kick-off through industrialization and production handover
- Manage complex project portfolios involving multiple products, moulds, production sites and industrialization activities
- Define and align customer requirements, product specifications, project scope and deliverables
- Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams across Commercial, Quality, Operations, and Technical Procurement
- Drive tooling, sampling, qualification, validation and production readiness activities
- Identify and manage technical, operational, quality and project risks
- Take ownership of project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder communication
- Support industrialization, process development and manufacturing transfers across our international production network
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 15378, customer requirements and internal standards
- Secure successful project approval, production release and project closure

What makes you great

- At least 5 years of project management experience in pharma, medical devices, healthcare packaging, plastics or injection moulding
- Strong technical understanding of injection moulding and industrialization processes
- Experience with qualification and validation activities




- Completed technical education or comparable professional experience
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured and solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills in an international environment
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 15-20%
