Production Line Manager, Food Production (m/f/d)

Do you have experience in food production and would you like to take on responsibility? As a line manager in food production, you will be responsible for ensuring that operations on your production line run smoothly and for safeguarding the quality of our products.

Catering is very important to us: you can enjoy freshly prepared food as well as high-quality products at greatly reduced prices in our canteen and at 'Hubers Genusswelt'.

- Optimisation of processes on the production line, optimal deployment of staff
- Independent operation of the machine/plant
- Checking and monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations, cleanliness and tidiness
- Supporting staff induction and professional development
- Ensuring products are delivered on time
- Compliance with all relevant safety requirements
- Preparing for changes to existing products or the introduction of new products on the production line

What you bring with you

- Ideally, some experience in the food sector
- Enjoy working with people and machinery
- Knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Organisational skills and a team player
- Willingness to work two-shift patterns

Minimum salary The gross annual salary for this position is €35,000 (on a full-time basis). A higher salary may be offered depending on qualifications and experience.
