About the job
We are looking for a talented and committed Customer Support Agent to follow up on customer health related topics and provide support as required. This role interacts with customers regarding medical and pharmacy benefits, eligibility and claims inquiries, billing and general requests.

Main Responsabilities
Advocate for the member and or caller by making the interaction hasslefree.
Compassionately own problem through to resolution on behalf of the member in realtime or through comprehensive and timely followup with the member.
Effectively ensures members are connected to appropriate specialists and or enrolled in the correct programs, based on members needs and eligibility.
Compassionately respond to and resolve member service inquiries in one single call.




Accurately capture member grievances and file determination requests.
Compassionately educate members about the fundamentals of health care benefits.
Offer Next Best Actions on the account and follow up appropriately.
Assist members in appointment scheduling to proactively address gaps in care.
Provider education and choosing a quality care provider.
Maximizing the value of their health plan benefits.
Complete followup with members as appropriate.

Requirements
At least 18 years old
High School Diploma
Peruvian Citizenship or work permit
Strong Computer Skills
Experience in customer service or call center is desirable
Highly compassionate and empathetic
Problemsolving skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Multitasking skills
Advanced English level is required
