Main Responsibilities of the Administrative Intern
1.
Provide support in daily administrative activities and assist the Administration Department with operational tasks.
2.
Support the control and management of office supplies, including inventory tracking, distribution, and replenishment of materials.
3.
Organize, file, and maintain up-to-date administrative documentation in both physical and digital formats.
4.
Assist in the registration, monitoring, and inventory management of company assets.
5.
Support the organization of meetings, training sessions, corporate events, and reception activities.
6.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including the preparation of workstations, equipment, and necessary materials.
7.
Support the monitoring of office facilities, equipment, and furniture, reporting maintenance or repair needs when required.
8.
Assist in the administrative management of company offices,
apartments, and accommodations when required.
9.
Collect, organize, and update administrative information, and prepare basic reports under supervision.
10.
Support coordination with suppliers and external service providers for routine administrative matters.
11.
Assist in monitoring cleaning, security, and other general support services.
12.
Perform other administrative and support duties assigned by the Administration Manager or direct supervisor.
13.
Provide support in the transportation, organization, delivery, and record-keeping of materials, supplies, equipment, and other administrative resources, ensuring proper distribution and control.
