We are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join our Endress+Hauser Peru .

in our Lima office.

What is the role about?

Provide technical sales support to partners in the selection of the best suit equipment and tools for customer´s needs, using his knowledge to deliver high quality quotations on time that satisfies clients’ requirements in terms of accuracy, time, and investment.

Which tasks will you perform?

- Make technical quotations on time providing clear commercial and export conditions.

- Follow up business opportunities in the systems and generate interactions with the objective to align, clarify, advise and be the link between partner, operations, and sales team.

- Set, follow, and complete task in relevant system to maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

- Create new customer accounts and update conditions.

- Handover of technical and commercial orders to the operation department

- Active partner supporting business plan, negotiation and analyses customer care.





What do we expect from you?

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred

- 1- 3 years of experience in operations support, inside sales or related field

- Fresh graduates are welcome but experience working for industrial field is required

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively

- Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills

- Demonstrates strong team ethics, initiative, patience, and resilience

- Able to motivate associates indirectly through influence and example

- Strong listening skills with a service‑oriented mindset

- Solid problem‑solving and analytical capabilities

- Attention to details and self-discipline
