El Programa de Alimentación y Nutrición para el Paciente con Tuberculosis (PANTBC) busca contribuir a la recuperación integral de las Personas Afectadas con tuberculosis (PAT) mediante la entrega de alimentos y orientación nutricional.
En el **** se implementó un piloto de tarjetas alimentarias en cinco distritos de Lima, logrando resultados positivos: acceso oportuno a alimentos frescos y variados, satisfacción de los usuarios y mejoras en la adherencia al tratamiento. En el ****, el proyecto se amplía a 18 distritos de Lima Metropolitana y Callao.
El componente de orientación nutricional es transversal y permanente,



y se apoya en la Teleorientación como estrategia para llegar a todas las PAT, especialmente a aquellas con limitaciones.
Descripción de tareas:
El(la) Supervisor(a)de Teleorientación será responsable de:
Identificar las necesidades de formación y movilización de voluntarios para el esquema de teleorientación en nutrición.
Diseñar y gestionar la metodología y flujo de formación de los voluntarios para el esquema mencionado, en coordinación con el Asistente de Monitoreo y Gestión de Voluntariado y el equipo técnico de WFP.
Diseñar e implementar los instrumentos y herramientas para la teleorientación.
Coordinar acciones con el Asistente de Monitoreo y Gestión de Voluntariado la asignación de la carga de atención de los voluntarios ONU.
Actualizar los contenidos de los materiales necesarios para la formación de voluntarios para la implementación del esquema de teleorientación en nutrición, siguiendo los lineamientos metodológicos del modelo de gestión de Voluntarios ONU.
Supervisar las acciones de los Asistentes de Teleorientación relacionadas a la gestión de voluntariado, que contemplan reclutamiento, capacitación, soporte, y formación de voluntario; asegurando la calidad de la experiencia para el usuario y recojo de información pertinente y precisa.
Supervisar el registro, recolección y análisis de datos para el monitoreo de las operaciones de WFP.
Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre el avance en el esquema de teleorientación en nutrición.
Incorporar los lineamientos de la organización referidos a la igualdad de género en todas sus actividades.
Otras tareas/actividades afines asignadas por el/la Representante.
Además de lo anterior, a los Voluntarios de la ONU se les insta a:
Fortalecer su conocimiento y entendimiento sobre el concepto de voluntariado por medio de la lectura de publicaciones pertinentes tanto del programa VNU como externas, así como desempeñar un papel activo en las actividades del programa VNU, como por ejemplo en los eventos de conmemoración del Día Internacional del Voluntariado (DIV).
Conocer y desarrollar las formas tradicionales y/o locales de voluntariado en el país anfitrión;
Reflexionar sobre el tipo y la calidad de la acción voluntaria que se lleva a cabo, incluida su participación en actividades realizadas periódicamente.
