Job Purpose:
The Communications Advisor - Staff Engagement is a vital part of the Internal Communications team working to inform, engage and inspire World Vision staff, leaders, volunteers and Boards/Advisory Councils across the world. The role will utilize digital platforms and leverage emerging technology to deliver news, stories, critical information and events to both World Vision general centre staff, as well as the broader Partnership across 100 countries. Working in a highly collaborative environment,



the role will support efforts to foster understanding and support of the global strategy _Our Promise,_ together with the organisation’s mission, vision and values, as we collectively work to bring fullness of life to vulnerable children around the world.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an integrated staff engagement plan under the direction of the Senior Manager - Internal Engagement Communications.
- Manage the Partnership's internal campaigns calendar, including: Safeguarding Week, Partnership Month, Day of Prayer, etc.
- Track and report on key performance indicators relevant to internal audience engagement.
- Develop content plans and produce or curate a range of high-quality communications pieces, including written, audio, video, and specialised speaker briefs, event programmes and internal promotional efforts towards the overall engagement plan.
