Michi Group operates hotels around the world, with a focus on creating outstanding guest experiences. We’re looking for a dedicated **Customer Service Agent** to join our remote team and provide excellent support to our guests.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist hotel guests with reservations, questions, and concerns
- Resolve guest issues with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism
- Provide clear and accurate information about hotel services and policies
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate manager when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and outcomes
- Support the night shift operations to ensure smooth guest experiences
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent English (spoken and written)** - must be excellent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional,
customer-focused attitude
- Reliable computer/laptop and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required
- Availability to work **afternoon/night shifts** (flexible scheduling, 30-40 hrs/week)
