Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Cleaner at Morocco Fintech Center, located in San Martín de Porres. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment in all areas of the facility. Day-to-day tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas.

The role also involves handling waste disposal, managing cleaning supplies, and monitoring cleanliness standards across the premises. Additional tasks may include assisting with the setup and cleanup of workspace areas or special events.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of general cleaning practices, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces




- Experience handling cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently
- Time-management skills and the ability to complete tasks within deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained
- Physical ability to lift, move, and operate cleaning tools as required
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety standards
- Previous experience in cleaning or facility maintenance is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow supervisor directions effectively
