Operates heavy goods vehicles (trucks, lorries) to transport goods over long or short distances.

Ensures safe and timely delivery, performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and adheres to all road and transport regulations.

Key Duties:

- Operate Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) for the transport of goods.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes and schedules.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring secure strapping and weight distribution.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and report defects.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to tachograph rules, driving hours regulations, and road safety laws.
- Communicate with dispatchers and clients.

- Valid HGV/Commercial Driver's License (CDL) appropriate for the vehicle class (e.g., Class 1/CE, Class 2/C).
- Clean driving record.
