Role Description

nVivify Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy and discovery across client projects. This is a client-facing role focused on shaping product direction, defining requirements, and ensuring that solutions align with business goals and user needs.n

As a Product Manager at Vivify, you will work across multiple products, collaborating closely with clients, designers, engineers, and internal project managers. You will take ownership of the product thinking, guiding what should be built and why, while partnering with the project management team to support execution.

Responsibilities

- Lead product discovery and strategy for client projects, including defining product vision, goals, and success metrics
n
- Facilitate client conversations to gather requirements, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into clear product direction
n
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with client objectives and timelines
n
- Analyze user feedback, market insights, and product performance to inform decisions
n




- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product direction
n
- Conduct in-depth research across users, market trends, competitors, and industry insights to inform product direction
n
- Work closely with the Project Manager to support execution, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth delivery
n
- Create and oversee product documentation, with support from interns or junior team members
n
- Lead or contribute to product lifecycle activities, from discovery through iteration and improvement
n

nQualificationsn

n
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management or experience working on at least 3 product projects
n
- Strong understanding of product discovery, user needs, and product strategy
n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client-facing conversations confidently
n
- Strong ability to ask thoughtful, strategic questions and uncover underlying needs
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment across multiple products
n
- Ability to think strategically while collaborating with cross-functional teams
n
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
n
- Experience working in a tech agency or consulting environment
n
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes
n
- Experience working with remote teams and tools like Jira
n
- Exposure to UI/UX concepts or working closely with design teams
n
