We’re Hiring | CNC Programmer (Mastercam - 3 Axis)

We’re looking for a **Senior CNC Programmer** to join a **U.S.based client**, working **remotely** from **Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, or Honduras**.
This is a **full-time role**, Monday to Friday, **8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST**, supporting production‑ready CNC machining operations.

What You’ll Do
- Program **3‑axis CNC machines** using **Mastercam**:

- Create and optimize **2D and 3D toolpaths** (pocketing, contouring, roughing, finishing)
- Prepare clean CAD geometry and generate **machine‑ready code**:

- Optimize **feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters** using **imperial units**:

- Verify toolpaths and ensure consistency in production workflows
- Troubleshoot CNC programs and collaborate with machine operators
- Maintain repeatable, high‑quality machining processes
- Support machining of tooling parts, composites, or specialized components

What We’re Looking For




- **5-8 years of experience** as a CNC Programmer
- Strong hands‑on experience with **Mastercam** (3‑axis)
- Solid knowledge of **CNC production workflows**:

- Experience with **feeds & speeds optimization** and toolpath verification
- Ability to communicate clearly with shop floor teams
- Attention to detail and consistency in production environments
- **Basic English communication skills** (work instructions, coordination)
- Familiarity with **Rhinoceros 3D or VCarve** is a plus
