About the Role
MEDLIFE is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, CRM & Automation to build and optimize the systems that move people through the full journey from first interest to application, participation, leadership, and long-term engagement.
This is not a traditional campaign execution role.
We are looking for someone who thinks in lifecycle stages, behavioral triggers, CRM workflows, segmentation, automation, and long-term engagement. You will help ensure that every person who enters our ecosystem receives the right message, at the right time, based on their behavior and stage in the journey.
You will work across email, CRM, data, automation, participant stories, and AI-supported workflows to improve conversion, reactivation, and retention.
Requisitos:
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys across email, CRM, SMS, WhatsApp, and retargeting.
- Create HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, lead scoring, and reactivation flows.
- Segment audiences based on behavior, intent, source, and lifecycle stage.
- Use data to identify drop-offs,
bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve conversion.
- Test messaging, timing, channels, and workflow logic.
- Integrate participant stories and social proof into key decision points.
- Support AI-assisted workflows for personalization, next-best actions, and lead prioritization.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, marketing automation, or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, nurture flows, behavioral triggers, and conversion funnels.
- Experience building automated workflows, not just launching campaigns.
- Comfort working with data, CRM reports, and performance metrics.
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
- Interest in AI-supported marketing automation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SMS or WhatsApp marketing.
- Experience with SQL, data warehouses, or lead scoring models.
- Experience in education, nonprofit, travel, student programs, or mission-driven organizations.
- Experience building reactivation or long-term nurture systems.
