You will join the Americas legal team supporting Peru and Latam with the Business Unit Services. You will guide the business through contract matters and protect the company from legal risks. You will partner with commercial, operational, and execution teams.

You will analyze complex contracts and participate in negotiations. You will help improve legal processes and support compliance across the organization. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve legal questions. You will grow your expertise in corporate, commercial, and regulatory topics

How you’ll make an impact

- Support the service business unit through the full contract lifecycle.
- Review, draft, and structure contracts and legal documents.
- Provide legal opinions and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze complex customer and supplier contracts.
- Lead or support complex negotiations.
- Address legal questions from business and support functions.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and rules.




- Deliver legal training to business teams.
- Manage litigation and disputes with external law firms.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

- Bachelor’s degree in Law and license to practice in Peru.
- Minimum five years of experience.
- Experience in contract negotiation, corporate, and commercial matters.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- High integrity and strong ethical values.
- Business‑minded and solution‑oriented.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
