**Required Academic Background**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields (experience may compensate).
- Specialization or certification in digital marketing, growth marketing, or B2B strategies.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the company's digital marketing strategy.
- Lead inbound/outbound demand generation campaigns focused on growing the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align messaging and business goals.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize key metrics (CAC, CPL, LTV, ROI, ROAS, churn).
- Supervise and coordinate external resources (agencies, freelancers, designers).
- Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop technical content and marketing materials (brochures, case studies, web content, etc.).

**Professional Background & Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in tech companies, software firms or startups.




- Proven track record of leading successful campaigns or teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS, B2B tech, or digital solutions.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Notion, Asana.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

**Immediate Availability**
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
**Work Location**: Santiago de Surco (CC. El Trigal)

Pay: S/.7,000.00 - S/.10,000.00 per month
