Lead and supervise Operational Design & Engineering in Peru and ensure that business strategies, plans and initiatives are carried out or are complied with in accordance with current internal rules, policies and procedures

Education / Experience / Other information

·Desirable Training: University, Industrial Engineer, Economist, Business Administrator, other engineering.

·Postgraduate and / or Master's Degree.

·Minimum experience of 5 years occupying positions of strategic leadership

·Specific Knowledge: Marketing, Commercialization and Finance

·Languages: English Advanced


·Lead and manage a customer-centric culture for the entire team in order to deepen customer relationships and to capitalize on the Bank's broad relationships, systems and knowledge.

·Lead the design of the operational models aligned to the TOM (Target Operational Model) defined by Toronto at a regional level, as well as ensuring its adequate implementation at the local level, seeking to improve efficiency, quality of service, control of operational risk as well as aiming to have these be largely digital.

·Lead the identification of efficiencies through Operational Intelligence by compiling and analyzing information from direct competition or internal information to propose better practices or more efficient operating models.In addition, lead the evaluation of efficiencies identified by the various units of the V.P. of Operations.

·Manage information at the level of the VP (Operational Analytics) in order to analyze and identify improvements or to design operating models as well as for monitoring/progress in initiatives and scorecards.

·Understand the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions.

·Create an environment where the team performs effective and efficient operations in their respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, compliance and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls in order to comply with obligations to reduce operational risk, the risk of regulatory noncompliance, the risk of money laundering and terrorist financing and the risk of conduct, which includes the responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Non-Compliance Risk Management Framework, the International Handbook on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
