Job Overview/Summary The Brand Manager will be responsible for execution of Clorox category projects, follow up of A&SP; budget and providing support to the Marketing Manager in planning and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities Launch regional & local innovation, working in close partnership with SBU Marketing/BE & cross functional project teams to ensure on time product launches & flawless in market execution. Lead development, execution and tracking of brand marketing plans in support of long term business strategies (base business & innovation) Analize and generate diagnostics of main categories (based on Nielsen / Kantar information) Actively participate & support Business Planning processes throughout the Fiscal Year: LRP, Budget, Quarterly Updates & eS&OP.; A&SP; budget management: Meet quarterly and yearly spend targets; Ensure timely delivery of accruals, reversals and invoices to F&A.; Key Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education Required Years and Type of Experience: 4-6 year minimum sales / trade marketing/Marketing experience. 2 year minimum Brand Manager level experience in FMCG industry, ideally in a multinational company Skills and Abilities: Strategic Thinking / Analytical & Problem Solving Skills / Leadership & Influence Communication Skills (written and oral / Adaptability / Proactivity / Results Driven / Interpersonal Skills – Team Working Bilingual: English & Spanish Education Level/Degree: o Minimum: Bachelors degree Preferred: MBA or other Masters degree More about Marketing Marketing is a powerful growth engine for Clorox.
