Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred skills



- Preferentemente Master Black Belt certificado o en su defecto Black Belt.



- Contar con vasta experiencia en el uso de alguna sub-metodología Six Sigma: DMAIC y/o DMADV.



Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.



- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.



- Capacidad para dar coaching.



- Nivel avanzado de manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)



- Conocimientos en herramientas de Data Analytics (Alteryx y Tableau preferentemente) y robótica (no excluyente).



Minimum years experience required



- 7+ años de experiencia en Human Centric Design y aplicando conceptos y herramientas de Service Design cómo value proposition, journey mapping, service specification, blueprinting, etc.
