Salary: USD 1150 to USD 1300 (monthly, contractor)

Position Overview

We are looking for an accounting professional to support the company's financial administration and bookkeeping activities. This person will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting tasks and assisting with financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and review financial transactions, ensuring records are properly documented and up to date.
- Prepare customer invoices, track billing information, and handle incoming expense documentation.
- Compile financial statements and reports to support business planning and budget monitoring.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger balances.
- Assist with periodic accounting procedures, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Review financial data to identify inconsistencies, investigate discrepancies, and recommend improvements.




- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure accounting records meet applicable reporting requirements.
- Handle sensitive financial and client information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the team when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Working knowledge of GAAP principles and cost accounting.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Practical experience using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms, preferably SAP.

Work Conditions & Compensation

- Location: 100% Remote – Candidates based in Peru.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Language: English is the only working language.
