Descripción del empleo AECOM busca un : Modelamiento Estructural BIM (Proyectos Aeroportuarios) para laborar en las oficinas de Lima Perú. Las responsabilidades incluyen, entre otras:
- Se desempeña como un Ingeniero Civil en etapa inicial con enfoque en modelamiento estructural BIM y producción de planos, participando activamente en el desarrollo de entregables de diseño en proyectos de edificación compleja (aeropuertos, hospitales, terminales, estructuras de gran escala).




- Bajo la supervisión de ingenieros estructurales, desarrolla modelos BIM estructurales, asegurando coherencia con el modelo analítico, los cálculos y la documentación técnica.
- Participa en la generación de entregables completos de paquetes estructurales (modelo + planos), contribuyendo a la calidad, consistencia y constructibilidad del diseño.
- Modela elementos estructurales de concreto armado y acero, incorporando detalles constructivos necesarios para documentación de obra.
- Genera planos estructurales a partir del modelo BIM (encofrados, armado, detalles, secciones), asegurando alineamiento con criterios de diseño.
- Interpreta croquis, memorias de cálculo y lineamientos del ingeniero estructural, apoyando en su adecuada implementación gráfica.
- Participa en procesos de coordinación interdisciplinaria (arquitectura, MEP, geotecnia) en entorno BIM.
- Apoya en revisiones de control de calidad del modelo y planos (consistencia, interferencias, cumplimiento de estándares). Requisitos Requisitos mínimos:
- Ingeniero civil o estructural con licenciatura o, en su defecto, equivalencia demostrada en experiencia y/o formación. Requisitos preferibles:
- 3 años en modelamiento estructural BIM o diseño estructural básico.
- Deseable experiencia en proyectos de edificación (idealmente de mediana o gran escala).
- Manejo de: Revit (estructura) – nivel intermedio (indispensable); AutoCAD – nivel intermedio/avanzado.




- Conocimiento en modelado de: Elementos de concreto armado (losas, vigas, columnas, cimentaciones); Estructuras metálicas
- Capacidad de generación de: Planos de encofrado; Planos de armado; Detalles estructurales
- Conocimientos estructurales: Conocimientos básicos de diseño estructural en concreto y acero; Entendimiento general de comportamiento estructural; Conocimiento básico de normativa RNE (criterios de representación)
- BIM y herramientas: Conocimiento de entornos BIM y modelos federados; Manejo básico de herramientas de coordinación (Navisworks o similar); Conocimiento de plataformas colaborativas (ACC, BIM 360 o similares – deseable)undefined Información adicional Here, you will have freedom to grow in a world of opportunity.
