We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our foreign trade, warehouse and administrative management operations.

Provide operational and administrative support in the supply chain, ensuring the control of imports/exports, reception and dispatch of materials, customer service and invoicing follow-up, guaranteeing the operational continuity of workshop and services.

Main Responsibilities

Foreign Trade: Coordination and monitoring of the import/export process of spare parts and industrial equipment (pumps), in addition to the verification of customs documentation (Invoices, Packing List, DUA/DAM, B/L, AWB) with freight forwarders and customs.

Warehouse and Dispatch: Control of reception and dispatch of materials/tools, timely supply to the workshop and technical services area, and periodic inventory control.

Attention and Tracking: Continuous monitoring of customer purchase orders to ensure compliance with delivery times.

Administrative Management and Collections:



Follow-up of the billing process, control of collections and monitoring of expiration of administrative documents, licenses and guarantees.

Reportability: Preparation of reports and management indicators (KPIs) for the leadership.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Technician in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Foreign Trade or related careers.

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in similar roles (logistics, warehouse, or foreign trade).

Digital Tools:

Excel: Intermediate – Advanced Level (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas and Database Management).

Power BI: Intermediate level (desirable).

Languages: English basic – intermediate level (desirable).

Knowledge: National/international freight forwarding, freight management and clearance procedures.

Skills: Organization, detail orientation, proactivity and excellent communication.
