Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Support Consultant to join the finance systems team of a multinational client and support our ongoing ERP rollout in Peru.

Responsibilities

- Functional Support &
- Enhancements:

Provide functional support and continuous enhancements for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Tax).

- Rollout Implementation:

Support the rollout in Peru, including requirements analysis, configuration, set-up, and adaptation of the general finance model to local business needs.

- Testing &

- Go-Live:

Actively participate in SIT/UAT testing, data migration, go-live execution, and post-go-live hypercare support.

- Incident &

- Service Management:

Manage incidents and service requests under strict SLAs, conducting root-cause analysis and proposing continuous improvements.

- Closing Operations:

Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities from the system side.

- System Integration:

Assist in integrating Oracle ERP Cloud with adjacent systems (procurement, logistics, planning, and reporting).

- Documentation &

- Training:

Document processes, functional designs, and configurations while delivering key-user training.

- Stakeholder Coordination:

Maintain clear alignment between central Finance Systems teams and local business stakeholders.

What You Need for This Role

- Education:

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) Financials.

- Rollout Expertise:

Direct participation in at least one full Oracle ERP Cloud implementation or rollout (preferably international).

- Service Delivery:





Proven experience in application support managed under SLAs using standard incident management tools.

- Financial Domain Knowledge:

Solid functional understanding of end-to-end finance processes: accounting close, AP/AR, fixed assets, treasury, and tax.

- Languages:

Native Spanish and professional proficiency in English.

- Location &

- Model:

Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Lima, Peru.

- Soft Skills:

Analytical mindset, structured problem-solving approach, and strong collaborative skills.

Nice to Have (Plus)

- Official Oracle Cloud Financials certifications.

- Previous experience in ERP rollouts across Latin America, with specific knowledge of Peruvian localization (e-invoicing, SUNAT, PCGE).

- Hands-on experience with Oracle financial reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and data loading via FBDI.

- Track record in multi-country corporate environments operating under managed-services models.

- Exposure to EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools.

- Location:

Lima, Peru (Hybrid model).

- Working Hours:

Full-time.

- Target Compensation:

~117,000 PEN / ~30,000 € gross/year (commensurate with experience).
