Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly?

We're looking for a Risk Support Coordinator to join our team on-site in Lima, Peru . This role provides critical administrative and operational support to the Risk Department, ensuring documentation, client onboarding, payroll validation, and Workers' Compensation processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

✅ Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)

✅ Experience in administration, operations, customer service, back-office, or support roles

✅ Strong organizational and follow-up skills

✅ High attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Comfortable working with Excel, CRM systems, and process-driven workflows

Key responsibilities include: • Managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs)





- Supporting Workers' Compensation processes
- Reviewing documentation and following up on missing information
- Assisting with client onboarding and payroll validation
- Maintaining internal records, logs, and tracking systems
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
