We are looking for a Game Designer passionate about free-to-play mobile games. If you love designing engaging experiences and want to work in a creative environment, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

- Design and balance game mechanics, features, and progression .
- Collaborate with artists, developers, and product managers to bring ideas to life.
- Analyze player behavior to improve engagement and retention.
- Create documentation and wireframes for game features.
- Stay updated on trends in mobile and free-to-play games .

Requirements:

- Experience in free-to-play mobile game design .
- Knowledge of game progression, monetization strategies, and player psychology .
- Ability to analyze game data and adjust design decisions accordingly.
- Experience working on a game from prototyping to live operations .
- Strong organizational and communication skills .
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency .
- Availability to work remotely or in Lima, Peru .

Nice to have:

- Experience with level design and balancing .
- Familiarity with Unity and scripting tools .
