Bilingual Dispatcher | 100% Remote | Part-Time – 17 Hours per Week and 20 hours a week

About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Bilingual Dispatcher to join our remote team.

This is a 100% remote, part-time independent contractor position with a fixed weekly schedule of 17 hours. And 20 hours

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously, able to follow written instructions carefully, and capable of learning new systems and procedures independently.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, pays close attention to details, and can work efficiently without needing constant supervision or repeated explanations.

Main Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls using our LunOS phone platform.
- Communicate with customers in English and Spanish.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Monitor incoming emails and respond to customers through Workiz.
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with field technicians through WhatsApp groups.
- Keep appointment information accurate and up to date.
- Record payments for completed jobs.
- Reschedule appointments when necessary.
- Complete additional administrative tasks related to daily operations.
- Follow established procedures and written instructions accurately.

Requirements

English and Communication

- Advanced spoken and written English is required.
- Good Spanish communication skills.
- Professional, clear, and friendly communication with customers.

Equipment and Internet – Mandatory Requirements

- A personal laptop computer only (desktop computers are not accepted).
- The laptop's processor must be no more than 5 years old.
- A reliable smartphone.
- Home fiber-optic internet with a minimum speed of 300 Mbps.
- A quiet, private workspace where you can handle customer calls without interruptions.

Google Maps, email, Google Docs, and our phone platform. A reliable laptop and fast fiber-optic connection are essential for smooth daily operations.

PERU WINTER SCHEDULE

When the U.S. is on Standard Time

- Monday Trough Thursday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Off

PERU SUMMER SCHEDULE

When the U.S. is on Daylight Saving Time

- Monday Trough Thursday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Off

Work Schedule – 20 Hours per Week

Summer Schedule begins on the second Sunday of March

2:00 PM –07:00 PM
- Friday - Saturday and Sunday: Off

Being available and punctual during all scheduled hours is essential.

Monthly Service Fees 17 hours PT

- During the training period: $252 USD per month.
- After successful completion of training and demonstrated ability to work independently: $302 USD per month.

This is a part-time position with a fixed schedule of 17 hours per week.

Monthly Service Fees 20 hours PT

- During the training period: $300 USD per month.
- After successful completion of training and demonstrated ability to work independently: $350 USD per month.

This is a part-time position with a fixed schedule of 20 hours per week.

Payment Method

- Payments are made twice per month, around the 1st–2nd and 16th–17th of each month.
- Payments are sent through PayPal.
- The company covers PayPal transaction fees so the agreed service fee is received in full.
- For candidates located in Peru: We also cover Ligo transfer service fees, allowing you to transfer your PayPal funds to your local bank account without additional transfer costs to you.
