About the Role

Lead marketing strategy and execution for a European two-sided marketplace connecting companies with fractional C-suite executives. This fractional or potential co-founder opportunity will shape the brand and growth engine for an emerging professional services category.

What You'll Do

- Develop go-to-market strategy and positioning for companies seeking fractional talent and senior leaders exploring fractional work.
- Build thought leadership and credibility around fractional executive work as an alternative to traditional employment.
- Acquire and onboard companies through targeted outreach and conversion strategies.
- Recruit and onboard senior leaders who prefer fractional engagements.
- Grow the marketplace through word-of-mouth, community building, and trust-based marketing.
- Plan and oversee marketing channels, content, and community activities that support both sides of the marketplace.

What We're Looking For





- At least 5 years of marketing leadership experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B platforms, marketplaces, or emerging categories.
- A track record of demand generation and user acquisition in two-sided or network-effect businesses.
- Experience developing positioning, brand strategy, and thought leadership for emerging markets.
- Experience building communities and using word-of-mouth and trust-based marketing to drive growth.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing channels and content strategy in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments.
- Experience recruiting and onboarding marketplace supply-side users or talent, and familiarity with European markets and professional services.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $70,000 to $500,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Austria.
