*The minimum salary in Austria is based on the applicable collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry, plus additional allowances. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.*
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Perform pressure tests and leak tests on pipelines and systems, as well as quality checks (particle and moisture measurements)
- Verify installations for compliance with applicable instructions, specifications, standards, and regulations
- Accurately document all tests, measurement results, and deviations in line with internal standards
- Report, track, and document quality deviations, and support corrective actions and product audits (QA)
- Take responsibility for inspection equipment within QC and collaborate closely with production, engineering, and project teams; willingness to travel internationally
Show your expertise
- Completed technical education (e.g., in mechanical engineering, metal technology, plant or pipeline construction)
- Experience with pressure and leak testing as well as technical measurement methods is an advantage, ideally with VT2 certification
- Basic understanding of quality and safety requirements in industrial environments
- Confident handling of electronic and paper-based documentation
- Careful, structured, and independent working style combined with teamwork skills, assertiveness, and clear communication
- Fluent German skills
