Zenith Language Solutions is looking for experienced SpanishEnglish Medical Interpreters to join our remote team.
We are looking for professionals with previous experience in healthcare interpreting who can facilitate clear, accurate, and professional communication between Spanishspeaking patients and Englishspeaking healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Provide consecutive interpretation between Spanish and English during healthcarerelated calls.
Accurately convey the meaning and context of conversations between patients and healthcare professionals.
Interpret medical terminology, symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and patient instructions accurately.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive patient information.
Follow established interpreting procedures and quality standards.
Maintain a professional and respectful communication style throughout each call.
What Were Looking For
Previous professional experience as a SpanishEnglish Medical Interpreter.
Experience with OverthePhone Interpretation OPI and or Video Remote Interpretation VRI is preferred.
Strong spoken and listening skills in both English and Spanish.
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare settings.
Ability to interpret accurately and efficiently in fastpaced conversations.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

To ensure a smooth experience during calls, candidates should have
A computer or laptop running Windows 11 or higher.
A stable wired Internet connection Ethernet.
A reliable headset with microphone suitable for professional calls.
A functional webcam when video interpretation is required.
A quiet and private workspace suitable for professional calls.
Work Arrangement
100 Remote
Work from anywhere in Peru.
Approximately 300 effective interpretation minutes per day.
Compensation is based on the actual minutes interpreted.
Compensation
USD 0.10 per effective interpretation minute.
For reference
300 minutes day 0.10 30 day
Estimated monthly earnings can be around USD 660, based on 300 effective interpretation minutes per day and 22 working days.
Actual earnings may vary depending on the number of effective interpretation minutes completed.
About the Experience Were Looking For
This position is intended for professionals who already have handson experience in medical interpretation.
Experience working with healthcare providers, patients, hospitals, clinics, medical interpretation companies, or OPI VRI platforms is welcome.
Candidates will go through a brief screening and interpretation assessment before moving forward.
