About Mr Task

Mr Task works with property managers and home service contractors. We are growing our contractor network and need a caller who can start useful conversations, qualify fit, and guide contractors through onboarding.

NATIVE ENGLISH REQUIRED

You will be on the phone all day with contractor businesses, so we are looking for a native English speaker (or truly native-level English, C 2). Please apply only if you can hold natural, fluent phone conversations in English. Your spoken English will be evaluated during the interview.

What you will do

- Make outbound calls to home service contractors using approved lists and messaging
- Qualify each business: trade, service area, decision maker and requirements
- Explain Mr Task and its onboarding steps accurately and handle objections respectfully
- Help interested contractors complete onboarding
- Keep CRM notes, statuses and follow-up dates up to date




- Use AI tools to prepare calls and organize notes, always verifying facts

What we need

- Native English, spoken and written
- Experience in outbound calling, sales, appointment setting or contractor recruitment
- Strong listening and questioning skills, with no unsupported promises
- Independent, organized and coachable
- Reliable calling setup and availability for a full-time business hours shift

Schedule

100% remote, full time, aligned with business hours. The exact shift is agreed during hiring.

Hiring process

Three short online assessments (sales competency, reasoning and a personality questionnaire), then an interview that includes a fictional practice call with a human reviewer. No unpaid real work is required.
