Sustainable Property Company (SPC) is looking for a Commercial Property Supervisor to take full ownership of a portfolio of commercial assets (retail centers, office towers, and showrooms) and act as the central link between owners, tenants, and the operations team.

Responsibilities

- Lease & Rent Operations : Negotiate lease terms, manage renewals, and process evictions.
- Financial Management : Oversee rent collection, develop annual budgets, and control expenses.
- Property Maintenance : Schedule repairs, supervise contractors, and preserve high-end building aesthetics.
- Regulatory Compliance : Enforce adherence to local zoning laws, health codes, and safety regulations.
- Tenant Relations : Serve as the primary liaison for landlords, occupants, and corporate stakeholders.
- Marketing & Occupancy :



Execute targeted marketing campaigns to secure high-quality commercial tenants.

Requirements
- Industry Experience : Proven track record overseeing operations for commercial real estate portfolios.
- Legal Knowledge : Solid understanding of commercial landlord-tenant laws and compliance frameworks.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal abilities to resolve tenant disputes and brief landlords.
- Organizational Skills : Strong multitasking capabilities to manage vendor schedules and tight deadlines.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred
