Crypto Product Manager — Resiter Perú

Location: Remote · Type: Full-time · Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 USD

About the role

Resiter Perú is hiring a Crypto Product Manager to own product strategy and roadmap for our crypto products—wallet experiences, exchange features, payments rails, DeFi surfaces, and custody UX. You’ll lead discovery, set priorities, and ship with engineering and design, tying every release to clear product and business metrics.

Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for wallet, exchange, payments, DeFi, and custody experiences
- Run continuous discovery with users, traders, and partners; turn insights into prioritized opportunities
- Write crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner daily with engineering and design through delivery
- Balance security, compliance, usability, and growth when sequencing the backlog
- Define and track success metrics (activation, retention, conversion, volume quality, custody trust signals, funnel health)
- Coordinate launches across eng, design, compliance, support, and go-to-market
- Communicate roadmap status, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly in an async, remote environment
- Champion customer problems without losing sight of technical and regulatory constraints





Requirements
- 4+ years in product management; 2+ years on crypto, exchange, wallet, payments, or fintech products
- Proven ownership of roadmap strategy and shipping cross-functional features end to end
- Strong grasp of crypto product domains: wallets, trading UX, on/off-ramps, DeFi flows, and/or custody experiences
- Comfort collaborating with engineers on technical trade-offs (chains, custody models, settlement, risk)
- Data-informed decision making using product analytics and, where relevant, on-chain signals
- Excellent written communication for specs, release notes, and stakeholder updates
- Experience working full-time remote with distributed teams
- Bias toward prioritization, shipping, and measurable outcomes over feature volume

Nice-to-haves
- Experience launching or scaling wallet, exchange, DeFi, or institutional custody products
- Familiarity with KYC/AML and travel-rule constraints in product design
- Hands-on with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar, plus light SQL
- Background as a designer, engineer, trader, or operator in crypto markets
- Spanish language skills (helpful for LATAM context; not required—working language is English)
