The hotel and chalet offer 36 modern, lovingly furnished rooms and suites. Our two restaurants serve both refined international dishes and popular Austrian classics. The hotel bar is a favourite meeting place for our international guests.




On the panoramic terrace, guests enjoy our culinary specialities with views of Lech's landmark mountain, the Omeshorn. Our wellness area invites guests to relax and unwind. Whether in the indoor pool overlooking the Omeshorn, in the sauna or on the comfortable loungers – pure relaxation awaits!
Your responsibilities
Checking our international guests in and out
Providing a warm welcome, assistance and advice to our guests in person and over the phone
Handling all hotel correspondence
Providing concierge services for our guests, including restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, ski course bookings and spa appointments
Maintaining guest records in the Sitec property management system
Carrying out all administrative tasks, including the morning newsletter, weekly programme and menus, to ensure smooth operations
We also look forward to you contributing your ideas and creativity to our daily work. With professionalism, humour and motivation, we ensure our guests enjoy a wonderful stay at madlochBlick.

Training in hospitality and previous experience at reception
Experience with standard office software
