As an experienced Appian professional, you'll take the lead in shaping our Appian architecture, guiding and mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across complex enterprise applications. - Lead and mentor a team of Appian developers, setting the technical direction and fostering continuous improvement
- Define and enforce architecture and development standards in line with Appian best practices
- Own technical design decisions for complex, enterprise-scale Appian applications
- Estimate effort and plan delivery based on high-level business requirements
- Drive CI/CD practices and release governance across the team

Ihr Profil
- 5-7+ years of hands-on Appian development experience
- 2+ years leading or mentoring Appian development teams
- Appian Certified Senior Developer
- Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills (MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven experience integrating Appian with external systems via REST and SOAP web services




- Experience designing scalable data models with Appian Records and Data Fabric
- Comfortable presenting and justifying technical choices to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Agile work style & growth mindset: willing to learn, open to feedback, adaptable Nice-to-Have
- Experience with AI services or decision engines related to Appian
- Experience in banking or financial services projects
- Performance tuning of large SAIL UIs and monitoring stacks
