To continue on this path to success, we are making targeted investments in the further development of our organization.As an experienced Appian professional, you'll take the lead in shaping our Appian architecture, guiding and mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across complex enterprise applications.Ihre Rolle- Lead and mentor a team of Appian developers, setting the technical direction and fostering continuous improvement- Define and enforce architecture and development standards in line with Appian best practices- Own technical design decisions for complex, enterprise-scale Appian applications- Estimate effort and plan delivery based on high-level business requirements- Drive CI/CD practices and release governance across the teamIhr Profil- 5-7+ years of hands-on Appian development experience- 2+ years leading or mentoring Appian development teams- Appian Certified Senior Developer- Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills (MySQL, Oracle,
