A bilingual nursing professional (English-Spanish) is needed to provide personalized telephone support to elderly patients of a U.S.-based healthcare organization.
Role objective
Provide quality care in which every patient feels heard, supported, and respected.
Key responsibilities
· Contact elderly patients by phone to remind them of upcoming medical appointments and pending tests.
· Coordinate patient transportation to help ensure attendance at scheduled appointments.
· Listen attentively to patients' concerns, needs, and personal stories.
· Provide courteous, patient, and personalized service.
· Follow up on pending coordination requests.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
· Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
· Knowledge of medical terminology in both languages.
· Excellent communication and active listening skills.
· Empathy, patience, and a service orientation.
· Organization and reliability.
Preferred, but not required: previous experience working with elderly patients.
Employment conditions
· Hybrid position,
mostly remote (based in Peru).
· Formal employment under Peru's MYPE labor regime.
· Monthly base salary: PEN S/ 2,200.
· Additional monthly bonus of PEN S/ 300, guaranteed for the first three months.
Initial monthly compensation: PEN S/ 2,500.
After the first three months, the bonus will be evaluated based on the established performance criteria and results.
Working schedule
12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Peru time), equivalent to 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (California time).
