We are looking for Bilingual (English & Spanish) Email Marketing Specialist to manage and support email campaigns, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting. The role will focus on building, testing, deploying, and optimizing email communications for prospects, clients, producers, employees, and other relevant audiences.

This position is adecuado for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with marketing technology, and able to manage multiple campaigns while collaborating with different teams across the company.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage the setup, scheduling, testing, deployment, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns using Mautic and other marketing platforms.
- Build and maintain automated email campaigns, nurture programs, triggered communications, and audience segments.
- Create and update responsive email templates, using basic HTML and CSS when needed for formatting and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Data, IT, and other internal teams to gather campaign requirements, content, and audience data.
- Perform quality assurance before campaigns are deployed, including reviewing audiences, personalization, links, tracking, formatting, and mobile responsiveness.
- Maintain contact lists, subscription preferences, exclusions, and basic email marketing data hygiene while following company privacy and compliance standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and email deliverability, and help identify opportunities to improve engagement, segmentation, automation, and overall results.
- Maintain campaign tracking and provide regular reporting on key email marketing performance metrics.




- Perform other marketing and campaign-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or a related digital marketing role, with hands-on responsibility for building and managing email campaigns.
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns for a company, brand, agency, or similar organization.
- Experience with Mautic or a comparable email marketing or marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Pardot, or a similar system.
- Experience with email automation, audience segmentation, campaign testing, and performance reporting.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS for editing and troubleshooting email templates.
- General understanding of email deliverability, list management, and responsible email marketing practices.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, technical, sales, and other internal teams.
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
- Experience in B2B marketing, insurance, financial services, lead generation, customer retention,



or lifecycle marketing is a plus.
- Portfolio or work samples of email campaigns, templates, automation workflows, or reporting are preferred.

Work Arrangement & Employment Details

This position supports Inszone Insurance Services, a U.S.-based insurance brokerage, with employment administered locally in Peru through Staff Boom, our staffing and payroll partner.

- Employment: Full-time position on local payroll through Staff Boom. This is not an independent contractor role.
- Hybrid Schedule: Candidates must be based in Lima, Peru, and available to work from the office one day per week.
- Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Peru time.
- Holiday Schedule: This position follows the U.S. holiday calendar. Employees are expected to work on Peruvian holidays and will observe U.S. holidays instead, subject to applicable local employment requirements.
- Collaboration: The role involves regular communication and collaboration with U.S.-based teams, making strong English communication skills essential.
