We're looking for a Risk Support Coordinator to join our team on-site in Lima, Peru. This role provides critical administrative and operational support to the Risk Department, ensuring documentation, client onboarding, payroll validation, and Workers' Compensation processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
✅ Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
✅ Experience in administration, operations, customer service, back-office, or support roles
✅ Strong organizational and follow-up skills
✅ High attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Comfortable working with Excel, CRM systems, and process-driven workflows
Key responsibilities include: • Managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Supporting Workers' Compensation processes
• Reviewing documentation and following up on missing information
• Assisting with client onboarding and payroll validation
• Maintaining internal records, logs, and tracking systems
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
