Whether in the indoor pool overlooking the Omeshorn, in the sauna or on the comfortable loungers – pure relaxation awaits!Your responsibilities- Checking our international guests in and out- Providing a warm welcome, assistance and advice to our guests in person and over the phone- Handling all hotel correspondence- Providing concierge services for our guests, including restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, ski course bookings and spa appointments- Maintaining guest records in the Sitec property management system- Carrying out all administrative tasks, including the morning newsletter, weekly programme and menus, to ensure smooth operationsWe also look forward to you contributing your ideas and creativity to our daily work.
