• Work with a high-performance portfolio of innovations and specialty chemicals Responsibilities
• Development & Innovation: Conduct routine and investigative laboratory work, perform experiments, and actively contribute to innovation projects from lab scale through to commercial production
• Digital Transformation: Implement and support digital transformation initiatives across the region, leveraging advanced data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
• Technical Support: Handle customer sample requests and provide specialized technical assistance to the sales team across the LATAM region
• Product Portfolio: Coordinate the product scale-up process for reformulations and new formulations, in collaboration with QC/QA teams
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to development process standards, review testing methodologies, and keep hazardous substance records up to date
• Knowledge Transfer: Share technical expertise with new team members and interns on products, procedures, and laboratory safety
