Full-Time (Start Date: August 2027) Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, strategic Director of Talent Acquisition & Global Marketing to lead talent booking and marketing efforts for our outdoor live entertainment venue in the Sacred Valley of Peru. In this hybrid leadership role, you will be responsible for booking Tier-1 international touring acts and spearheading global marketing initiatives to drive ticket sales across our 32 to 36 annual event calendar during the peak season. You will bridge artist relations, international agency networking, ticket platform integration, and multi-channel marketing campaigns to position our amphitheater as a premier global concert destination.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Booking Strategy
• Identify, negotiate with, and secure Tier-1 international touring headliners, support acts, and warm-up bands across target genres.
• Manage artist contracts, riders, financial offers, and high-altitude accommodation/hospitality logistics in coordination with site operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global talent agencies, management companies, and tour promoters. Global Marketing & Brand Strategy
• Direct general marketing campaigns, public relations, and promotional strategies to consistently fill our 15,000 capacity venue across all seasonal events.
• Oversee multi-channel digital, social, and experiential campaigns targeted at international travelers, music tourism enthusiasts, and regional audiences.
• Drive ticketing integration, yield management,



and revenue optimization across digital ticketing platforms and sales channels. Sponsorship, Partnerships & Alignment
• Build strategic brand partnerships, media integrations, and promotional sponsorships aligned with venue positioning.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, the General Manager, and the Production Director to ensure seamless execution from booking to performance. Qualifications

Experience:
7+ years of progressive talent booking and marketing leadership within live music, entertainment production, major venue management, or international touring.
• Track Record: Proven history of negotiating artist contracts for Tier-1 headliners and executing high-impact international marketing campaigns.
• Industry Networks: Robust connections with global talent agencies, record labels, and live entertainment promoters.
