Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property inspections and site visits, collecting relevant physical, legal, and market data.
* Gather and analyze comparable transaction data, rental rates, yields, and market trends specific to Jeddah and KSA.
* Assist in preparing valuation reports using standard methodologies (Income Capitalization, Discounted Cash Flow, Sales Comparison, Cost Approach).
* Support senior valuers in drafting reports in line with RICS Red Book and Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM) standards.
* Build and maintain financial models and valuation schedules in Excel.
* Liaise with clients, government entities, and third parties to collect necessary documentation (title deeds, lease agreements, building permits).
* Research macroeconomic and sector-specific trends affecting real estate values in Saudi Arabia.




* Ensure compliance with internal quality control processes and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain organized files and documentation for audit and reference purposes. Qualifications & Experience* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
* Working toward or willingness to pursue TAQEEM accreditation (mandatory for practicing valuers in KSA).
* RICS APC enrollment is an advantage. Skills & Competencies* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Attention to detail and strong analytical/quantitative skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under supervision.
* Valid Saudi driving license preferred (for site visits).
