· Distribuir el trabajo y supervisar las tareas de recepción, secado, chancado, cuarteo, pulverizado, tamizado y demás actividades de preparación mecánica durante el turno.
· Verificar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, instrucciones, normas, parámetros operativos y controles de limpieza, evitando contaminación cruzada y pérdida de trazabilidad.
· Realizar seguimiento a la producción, prioridades y avance de lotes, redistribuyendo recursos cuando sea necesario para cumplir el TAT y los estándares de productividad y calidad.
· Verificar el orden y limpieza de las áreas,
