As a Quality Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure the quality of products and suppliers and continuously improve our quality processes and methods. You will take a hands-on approach to product quality and supplier development and support the QM department. As the central point of contact in the area of

- Conducting and refining incoming goods and product inspections
- Developing and implementing inspection strategies
- Evaluating sample and product quality
- Creating and maintaining quality documents
- Collaborating on product development, supplier selection, and evaluation
- Handling product defects, nonconformities, and corrective actions
- Collaborating on risk assessments as well as vigilance and market reports
- Further developing the quality management system (QMS)
- Identifying and implementing measures for continuous quality improvement

Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, medical technology, plastics engineering, or a related field; alternatively, technical training with relevant professional experience
- Experience in quality assurance and quality management




- Experience in supplier quality as well as complaint and nonconformance management
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR/IVDR) is a plus
- Very good command of German and English
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
