The Client’s Definition of the Idóneo Fit
- 15+ years of finance experience, including substantial leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director,
or in a comparable senior finance role
- Experience within FMCG or a related industry is highly desirable
- Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
- Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and business performance management
- Strong expertise in financial governance, risk management, and commercial decision-making
- Ability to partner with senior leadership and provide financial insights that guide business strategy
- Experience leading, developing, and building high-performing finance teams
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify opportunities to improve profitability and support sustainable growth
