PCR seeks a Designated Compliance Officer (DCO) to lead the U.S. compliance program of its SEC-registered Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO). The firm rates issuers and obligations in the United States and Latin America through affiliated entities in twelve countries. The DCO will provide independent compliance oversight, advise senior management and the Board, and maintain a practical, risk-based program suited to the firm’s business and growth.

- Title: Designated Compliance Officer and Head of U.S. Compliance.
- Location: Peru or Guatemala. Latin America.
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer for administrative purposes, with direct, independent access to the Board of Directors and its relevant committee, including private sessions as needed.
- Direct reports: 2 compliance professionals, with staffing and external support reviewed against the program’s needs.
- Employment type: Full-time.
