SIHAMCO in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a detail-oriented F&B; Cost Controller to oversee cost control for our Kooz Karak brand across retail outlets. You will ensure accurate inventory management, monitor costs, and support profitability while adhering to company policies.
You will work with Finance, Procurement, and F&B; teams to achieve budgets, lead cost-of-sales analysis, perform daily to monthly reporting, and maintain accurate stock reconciliation between POS, stock, and accounting
