Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planningprocess, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.Strategic Analysis: Providestrategic financial analysis and insights to support business decisions anddrive profitability.Reporting: Prepareand present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis,financial statements, and performance metrics.Financial Modeling: Developand maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and businessplanning.Cost Management: Monitorand manage operating expenses, identifying areas for cost savings andefficiency improvements.Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROIanalysis, and provide recommendations to senior management.Risk Management: Identifyand mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsand internal policies.Team Leadership: Lead,mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuousimprovement and professional growth.Collaboration: Workclosely with other departments to align financial strategies with overallbusiness objectives.Audit and Compliance: Oversee internal and external audits,



ensuringaccuracy and compliance with financial regulations.Qualifications
