Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning and Analysis:Lead the financial planningprocess, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Strategic Analysis:Providestrategic financial analysis and insights to support business decisions anddrive profitability.
- Reporting:Prepareand present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis,financial statements, and performance metrics.
- Financial Modeling:Developand maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and businessplanning.
- Cost Management:Monitorand manage operating expenses, identifying areas for cost savings andefficiency improvements.
- Investment Analysis:Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROIanalysis, and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Risk Management:Identifyand mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsand internal policies.
- Team Leadership:Lead,mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuousimprovement and professional growth.
- Collaboration:Workclosely with other departments to align financial strategies with overallbusiness objectives.
- Audit and Compliance:Oversee internal and external audits, ensuringaccuracy and compliance with financial regulations.





Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
