About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing SEO & Analytics professional to drive growth initiatives across B2B and B2C channels, focusing on SEO strategies, digital acquisition, analytics, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop acquisition, activation, and engagement campaigns.
- Design and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
- Coordinate technical SEO initiatives.
- Support paid media and digital growth campaigns.
- Analyze marketing funnels,



conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Build reporting frameworks and testing strategies.
- Translate performance data into actionable business recommendations.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing and analytics tools.

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing Analytics, and SEO.
- Strong expertise in SEO strategy and execution.
- Experience measuring campaign performance and customer acquisition metrics.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
- Technical SEO knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered search optimization and paid media is a plus.
